NEXILEAP PRIVATE LIMITED ("Nexileap", "we", "our" or "us") is committed to respecting your privacy. This Privacy Notice sets out how we collect, store, process, transfer, share and use information that identifies or is associated with you ("personal information").
Please ensure that you have read this Privacy Notice to understand how we collect, store, use and disclose your personal information when you use the Voiskey.
Region Specific Disclosures
We may choose or be required by law to provide different or additional disclosures relating to the processing of personal information about residents of certain countries, regions or states. Please refer below for disclosures that may be applicable to you:

In general.
We collect personal information from you when you submit information directly to us when you use the Voiskey, for example:
- Your settings and preferences with regard to the Voiskey, such as your settings with regards to the level of access that the Voiskey has to the information on your device and the data that is shared with us. We use this for purposes that include ensuring that the Voiskey collects and sends to us data only in accordance with your preferences, and to provide you with the various features and functionality.
- Your account information, which you submit to us when you set up an account on the Voiskey, including your username and password. We use this information to authenticate you when you access the Voiskey.
- Information you type using Voiskey. Voiskey includes a basic keyboard for text entry. We do not collect, store, or transmit the text you type with the basic keyboard. When you use Voiskey's voice input feature, we process the audio you provide and the resulting transcription only as necessary to provide the voice-to-text service. We do not collect text from fields that are identified as password, payment card, or other secure input fields, where technically detectable.
Please note that we do not collect text that is comprised solely of numbers, or a combination of letters and numbers, or that contains the "@" symbol. We also do not collect information from fields which the website or application developer has indicated as being for password or payment card data.
- Information collected from third party apps, such as third party app development and analytics platforms. The information may include your IP address, where you downloaded the Voiskey from, statistics regarding your use of the Voiskey and any crashes or problems experienced while using the Voiskey.
- Your transaction history, such as any premium content that you have subscribed for through the Voiskey. We use this information to provide you with premium content that you have subscribed for through the Voiskey. We also use this information for internal statistics to improve the Voiskey, including fixing problems with subscriptions to premium content.
- Information collected from third party social media companies. Where you choose to connect to the Voiskey using a social network (for example to login to the Voiskey), we will collect personal information from that social network, such as your username and profile image, in accordance with your privacy settings on that social network. We use this information to operate, maintain and provide to you the features and functionality of the Voiskey, such as allowing you to log in to your account on the Voiskey, to access your Voiskey from other devices.
- Voice recordings and related information. When you enable this feature, we will access your device's microphone and collect voice recordings, the text transcription of those voice recordings and the date and time of those transcriptions, as well as your recent text input content (such as previously entered or displayed text within the input field, where applicable). We use this information to provide the voice-to-text functionality of the Voiskey. We also transfer this information from your device to our servers and use this information to improve the Voiskey's voice input function, and to develop, create, improve, optimize, maintain, and otherwise enhance its automatic speech recognition and voice transcription technology, and natural language understanding software products, services or platforms.
We will indicate to you where the provision of certain personal information is required in order for us to provide you certain features and functionalities of the Voiskey. If you choose not to provide or share such personal information, it may affect or even disable those features and functionalities. Please see the "Your Choices Regarding Your Information" section of this Privacy Policy for more information.
We may link or combine the personal information we collect about you and the information we collect automatically. This allows us to provide you with a personalized experience regardless of how you interact with us.
Who is responsible for The Use of Your Personal Information
Nexileap may use proprietary software licensed to it by third party entities for the purpose of login, stability analysis and data statistics. As a result of the use of such software, your personal information may also be collected and processed by Google and Apple in accordance with their own policies regarding privacy which you can access below:
(a) Google LLC (to access Google's privacy policy click here)
(b) Apple Inc. (to access Apple's privacy policy click here).
While using the aforementioned software, the third parties that license this software may be an independent entity from us. We would advise you to inspect their privacy policies beforehand.
Nexileap is the controller of the personal information we hold about you in connection with your use of the Voiskey Service. This means that we determine and are responsible for how your personal information is used.
Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies.
We and our third-party partners and providers may use cookies to automatically collect certain types of information when you visit or interact with our email communications, websites and other online services. For example, we may collect log data about your device and its software, such as your IP address, operating system, browser type, date/time of your visit, and other similar information. We may collect analytics data or use third-party analytics tools such as Google Analytics to help us measure usage and activity trends for our online services and better understand our customer base.
Third-party partners and providers may also collect personal information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our websites and online services.
We use or may use the data collected through tracking technologies to: (a) remember information so that you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you visit the site; (b) provide custom, personalized content and information, including targeted content and advertising; (c) recognize and contact you across multiple devices; (d) provide and monitor the effectiveness of our services; (e) monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors, traffic, usage, and demographic patterns on our services; (f) diagnose or fix technology problems; and (g) otherwise to plan for and enhance our services.
If you would prefer not to accept cookies, most browsers will allow you to: (i) change your browser settings to notify you when you receive a cookie, which lets you choose whether or not to accept it; (ii) disable existing cookies; or (iii) set your browser to automatically reject cookies. Please note that doing so may negatively impact your experience using our online services, as some features and services on our online services may not work properly. Depending on your device and operating system, you may not be able to delete or block all cookies. In addition, if you want to reject cookies across all your browsers and devices, you will need to do so on each browser on each device you actively use. You may also set your email options to prevent the automatic downloading of images that may contain technologies that would allow us to know whether you have accessed our email and performed certain functions with it.
We may share your personal information among the Nexileap group, or with third parties (i) where they are subcontractors or advertisers, or (ii) to comply with legislation, to carry out a contract with you or to defend Nexileap against any type of harm. Please find a detailed explanation of how we share your personal information under 'further information' below.
Further information
We may share your personal information with:
- The Nexileap group. This includes other brands owned or controlled by Nexileap and other entities owned by or under common ownership as Nexileap, which also includes our subsidiaries (i.e., any entity we own or control) or our ultimate holding company (i.e., any organization that owns or controls us) and any subsidiaries it owns;
- Subcontractors. This includes third party vendors, consultants and other service providers that perform services on our behalf, in order to carry out their work for us, which may include identifying and serving targeted advertisements, content or service fulfilment, assisting with voice recognition technology, or providing analytics services;
- Future parties to the Nexileap group. Other parties in connection with any company transaction, such as a merger, sale of all or a portion of company assets or shares, reorganization, financing, change of control or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company or third party or in the event of bankruptcy or related or similar proceedings; and
- Third parties as required to (i) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, subpoena/court order, legal process or other government request, (ii) enforce our Terms of Use Agreement, including the investigation of potential violations thereof, (iii) investigate and defend ourselves against any third party claims or allegations, (iv) protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of Nexileap, its users or the public as required or permitted by law and (v) detect, prevent or otherwise address criminal (including fraud or stalking), security or technical issues.
We partner with Google LLC and other third parties to provide you with AI services. When you use our AI-powered features, your input will be processed by our third party AI service providers. Please note that information you submit through these AI services will be subject to the third party's privacy policy, and this Privacy Notice will no longer apply to such information. We will retain your information for as long as needed to provide you the functionalities of the Voiskey and for thirty days thereafter for the purpose of analyzing or further improving our technology, the Voiskey, after which the personal information will be deleted or anonymized.
You may control the Voiskey's access to your device information through your "Settings" app on your device. For instance, you can disable the Voiskey's access to your microphone.
You can also control the information that we receive at any time by changing your settings in the Voiskey, including managing your account, adjusting microphone permissions, and managing your subscription. Note that certain features require personal information input to function and the overall effectiveness of the Voiskey or various other features and functionalities may deteriorate or be disabled if you decide to turn-off data sharing.
You can modify your account information at any time from the account management menu in Voiskey, or delete their account.
If you would like to request the deletion of your personal data, please follow the steps below:
- Contact Us: Send an email to official@voiskey.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."
- Provide Identification: Include your email address or account ID associated with your Voiskey account that can help us verify your identity and locate your data.
- Specify the Data: Clearly state which data you would like to be deleted. This can include your account information, usage data, or any other personal information you have shared with us.
- Confirmation: Upon receiving your request, we will verify your identity and process your request. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
Nexileap cares about the security of your information and uses commercially reasonable physical, administrative, and technological safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of all information we collect and that we share with our service providers. In the event that any information under our control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, we will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and where appropriate, notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised and take other steps, in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations.
Nexileap does not knowingly collect or solicit any information through the Voiskey from anyone under the age of 13. In the event that we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any information from a child under 13, please contact us at official@voiskey.ai.
The Voiskey may contain or suggest links to third party websites provided by our business partners. If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy notices and policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for their policies. Please check the individual policies before you submit any information to those websites.
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Notice from time to time. If we make any changes to this Privacy Notice, we will change the "Last Revision" date below and will post the updated Privacy Notice on this page. However, in case the modifications are significant, we will provide you with a more prominent notice.

This California Privacy Notice (the "CA Disclosures") supplements the information contained in our Privacy Notice and applies solely to individual residents of the State of California ("consumers" or "you").
Unless otherwise expressly stated, all terms in these CA Disclosures have the same meaning as defined in our Privacy Notice or as otherwise defined the CCPA.
When we use the term "personal information" in these CA Disclosures, we mean information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household.
For the purposes of these Disclosures, personal information does not include:
- Publicly available information from government records.
- Deidentified, aggregated or anonymized information that is maintained in a form that is not capable of being associated with or linked to you.
- Information excluded from the CCPA's scope, such as health or medical information covered by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and the California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act (CMIA) or clinical trial data; or information covered by certain sector-specific privacy laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FRCA), the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) or California Financial Information Privacy Act (FIPA), and the Driver's Privacy Protection Act of 1994.
- Information relating to our employees (including applicant data), contractors and other personnel.
We collect personal information from and about you for a variety of purposes. For example, we use personal information:
- To fulfill your requests, process your transactions and provide our Services to you;
- To communicate with you
- For marketing and advertising purposes
- To protect the security and integrity of our business, comply with legal requirements and obligations, and as otherwise permitted or required by law
- To monitor and improve the Voiskey's function, and to develop, create, improve, optimize, maintain, and otherwise enhance our software products, services or platforms, including automatic speech recognition and voice transcription technology, natural language understanding technologies

The categories of third parties to whom we sell or disclose your personal information for a business purpose include:
- Other Brands and our affiliates, including the Nexileap group.
- Subcontractors that perform services for us, on our behalf, which may include providing marketing and advertising services, providing mailing or email services, billing, data enhancement services, fraud prevention, web hosting, or similar services;
- Analytics providers to better understand the demographics of our users and visitors, and to personalize, enhance and improve our Service;
- Future parties to the Nexileap group and other parties in connection with any company transaction, such as a merger, sale of all or a portion of company assets or shares, reorganization, financing, change of control or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company or third party or in the event of bankruptcy or related or similar proceedings.
- We may also disclose personal information to other third parties at your direction or upon your request, or to comply with legal process or contractual obligations, as described in our Privacy Notice.

To Exercise Your Right to Know or Right to Deletion
To exercise your Right to Know or your Right to Request Deletion, please submit a request by:
- Filling out our California Consumer Rights Request Form, or
- Emailing us at official@voiskey.ai.
We will need to verify your identity before processing your request, which may require us to request additional personal information from you or require you to log into your account, if you have one. We will only use personal information provided in connection with a Consumer Rights Request to review and comply with the request.
In certain circumstances, we may decline a request to exercise the rights described above, particularly where we are unable to verify your identity or locate your information in our systems. If we are unable to comply with all or a portion of your request, we will explain the reasons for declining to comply with the request.
To Exercise Your Right to Opt Out of Personal Information Sales
Unless you have exercised your Right to Opt Out of personal information sales, we may sell personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration. The third parties to whom we sell personal information may use such information for their own purposes in accordance with their own privacy statements, which may include reselling this information to additional third parties.

Third Party Tracking and Online Advertising
We do allow certain third-party partners and providers to collect information about consumers directly through our services, from your browser or device through cookies or similar tracking technology when you visit or interact with our website, use our apps or otherwise engage with us online. For example, they may collect Internet/Network information, such as a cookie or device ID, browsing history and website usage, Geolocation Data, and Inferences generated from your browsing history and interactions with our service as well as other sites and services. These third parties use your personal information for purposes of analyzing and optimizing our services and ads on our site, on other websites or mobile apps, or on other devices you may use, or to personalize content and perform other advertising-related services such as reporting, attribution, analytics and market research. These third-party businesses may use such information for their own purposes in accordance with their own privacy statements, which may include reselling this information to additional third parties, including other advertising networks.
Minors Under Age 16
We do not sell the personal information of consumers we know to be less than 16 years of age, unless we receive affirmative authorization (the "Right to Opt In") from either the minor who is between 13 and 16 years of age, or the parent or guardian of a minor less than 13 years of age. Please contact us at official@voiskey.ai to inform us if you, or your minor child, are under the age of 16.
California's "Shine the Light" Law
California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code Section §1798.83) provides certain rights to California residents that have an established business relationship with us with regard to the disclosure of certain types of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To opt-out of having your personal information disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes, please click Do Not Sell My Information and provide your contact information to be added to our suppression list.
Updates to These CA Disclosures
We will update these CA Disclosures from time to time. When we make changes to these CA Disclosures, we will change the "Last Updated" date at the beginning of these Disclosures. All changes shall be effective from the date of publication unless otherwise provided in the notification.
